What we collect

When you request a First-Time Patient Tour, we ask for your first name, an email address or phone number, your preferred date, time and tour length, and — only if you choose to share them — accommodation requests and general questions.

We do not ask for, and ask you not to send, medical records, diagnoses, physician information, dates of birth, or medical marijuana license numbers through this website. Patient eligibility is verified in person at the store.

How we use it

• To contact you about the tour you requested, and to confirm, change or cancel it.
• We do not use tour-request details for marketing, and we do not sell or rent your information.

Who it’s shared with

Tour requests go to our store email inbox, houseofdankcatoosa@gmail.com, which is a Google Gmail account. By default the form opens your own email app with the request filled in, so it travels like any email you send. If the website sends a request for you, it passes through our email delivery provider, Resend, on its way to that inbox. Requests are read only by House of Dank team members who coordinate visits.

How long we keep it

We keep tour-request details only as long as needed to arrange your visit, and then delete them.

Cookies and third parties

This website does not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels. The map on our Visit Us page loads from Google Maps only when you choose to load it; Google may then set its own cookies under its privacy policy. Links to our online menu take you to Weedmaps, which has its own privacy practices.

Your choices

You can ask us to see, correct or delete any tour-request information you’ve given us by calling (918) 416-8824 or visiting us at 750 S. Cherokee Street, Suite B, Catoosa, OK 74015.

Changes

If we change this policy, we’ll update the date at the top of this page.
