Our approach

We design and build this website with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA as our target. That includes:

• Semantic page structure, headings and landmarks for screen readers.
• Full keyboard navigation with clearly visible focus indicators.
• Text and controls designed to meet AA color-contrast ratios.
• Descriptive alternative text for photographs.
• Clearly labelled form fields with specific, helpful error messages.
• Respect for your device’s reduced-motion setting, and a pause control on the homepage slideshow.
• Comfortably sized touch targets on phones and tablets.
