First-time patients
First-Time Patient — Take Your Time Tour
Your first visit, at your own pace.
01Why we do this
Nobody should feel rushed on their first visit.
New places can feel a little intimidating — especially one you’ve never been inside before. So we created a simple way to get comfortable first.
Request a personal 15- or 30-minute introduction, and a member of our team will set aside time just for you. Look around, learn how everything works, and ask whatever’s on your mind. There’s no pressure to buy anything, and no rush to leave.

Shaped around you, every time.
Every tour is personal, so yours may look a little different depending on what you’d like to see and who’s on hand that day.

Good to know. Tours are a general introduction to the store. Our team can’t provide medical advice, diagnoses or treatment recommendations — please talk with your healthcare provider about medical questions.
Tours are designed for newly licensed OMMA patients and caregivers. Still waiting on your license? You’re welcome to ask about a visit, but purchases require a valid OMMA license or approval. Visitors under 18 must be with a parent or legal guardian at all times.
